Shipping

When we receive your order, we will normally ship it within 24 to 48 hours or we will ship it to arrive as close as possible to the date you request.  If there is a delay, you will be notified.

When you are ordering from us please keep in mind that we make all apples to order.  We typically do not have any pre-made apples sitting on a shelf that we can take and ship immediately.  All apples are made and packaged when we receive an order - we do this to ensure the freshest product possible.

Product freshness is of the utmost importance to us. Because we need to keep our products fresh, we recommend shipping by 2nd day air (arrives in two business days) or next day air (arrives the next business day).  While we offer ground services, we cannot guarantee that the product will not melt in transit on ground orders taking more then 3 days. During warmer weather months, shipping is available with limited products. An additional $7.00 for insulated box and $2.00 for ice blocks will be added to your order.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated based upon the total weight of your order.  When you check out,  you will be given the option of UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day or Overnight Services.

Some addresses do not qualify for next day air delivery because they are so remote. In those infrequent occurrences, you will be notified with the appropriate options.
